- I love the home environment. I'm often happy and content when indoors. I love traveling, though, but I am not that well-traveled. Swimming is, for me, the ultimate exercise. I can spend hours at badminton, too. Though somewhat strenuous, it's highly rewarding as it maintains the agility of our body. I often avoid pain killers, especially pills for fever/flu. I believe exercises can relieve oneself from stress/anxiety. I love to self-medicate to relieve minor ailments, unless symptoms persist. I believe in natural remedies, natural food supplements and energy boosters. I am greatly fascinated by the healing qualities of herbal plants. Many of them have unique local names....
